Insurance and Financing Options
At Apex Dental, our goal is to make it as smooth as possible for you to receive quality dental care, from the time you enter our office to the conclusion of the payment process. We have several payment options to meet your budget and needs.
Patients with Dental Insurance
Traditional dental insurance is welcome and accepted in our office. As a courtesy, we will gladly file all insurance claims and necessary documentation on your behalf.
When you schedule your appointment, please provide our staff with your insurance information so that we can take over the hassle of dealing with insurance companies. Also, please be sure to bring your identification card and your insurance card to the office when you come for your first visit.
Patients without Dental Insurance
We are happy to offer an In-Office Savings Plan that has been helping our uninsured patients save on dental care with us for over a decade! Many of our patients have actually dropped their dental insurance plan once they discovered how straightforward and hassle-free our In-Office Savings Plan is compared to insurance. If this interests you, please inquire at your next visit.
Payment Options
We accept most major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). We also accept payment with Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts, which are a great way to use pre-tax money to pay for dental care.

Apex Membership Savings Plan
Are you tired of waiting periods, annual limits, and hidden fees? The Apex Membership Savings Plan is your gateway to affordable dental care.
The plan includes:
- Two annual routine oral exams and oral cancer screenings
- Routine x-rays
- Two cleanings (prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance included)
- 10% off additional cleanings (in excess of two per year)
- 50% off fluoride or hydroxyapatite mineralizing treatments
- 50% off sealants
- 10% off routine restorative treatment
- 10% off routine periodontal treatment
- 10% off routine extractions (does not include impactions)
- $500 lifetime benefit for use toward implants or comprehensive orthodontics

How much does it cost?
Adults: $350/yr per person
Children (12 and under): $295/yr per child
Can I combine the Apex Membership Program with insurance or other offers and discounts?
The Apex Membership does not combine with Dental Insurance Benefits or Dental Discount plans.
How long does my Apex Membership last?
Your membership is a 12-month agreement, beginning the day you sign up. This agreement auto-renews each year unless canceled in writing.
Do my unused annual benefits roll over?
Unused annual benefits do not roll over when your 12 month membership expires. The exception to this is the $500 Lifetime Benefit for implants or comprehensive orthodontics- that does not expire as long as the plan is active.
How do I use the $500 Lifetime Benefit?
The Apex Membership includes a one-time $500 Lifetime benefit for dental implants or comprehensive orthodontic treatment. This amount can be applied toward the fee for those premium procedures at time of service.
Are perio maintenance cleanings covered?
Your first two cleanings, whether considered perio maintenance or prophylaxis, are covered 100 percent by your membership. A 10 percent discount will apply to any cleanings in excess of two.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds do not apply for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.
What is your missed appointment and cancellation policy?
If you miss an appointment, our cancellation policy requires a two business day notice, or you may be subject to a $50 no-show fee.
