A dental bridge is designed to replace one or more missing teeth by using adjacent teeth or implants for support. The bridge is fixed in your mouth and cannot be removed, so you don’t have to worry about your teeth coming out when eating or talking.

A tooth supported bridge is fabricated by preparing the adjacent teeth for crowns and using them to support a single ceramic bridge of teeth that replaces the missing tooth/teeth. An implant supported bridge is the same concept that can very efficiently replace a longer span of missing teeth, as its anchor crowns are placed on dental implants rather than prepared teeth.
